Patient Care:
• Assists providers (as directed) with patient care; Provides personalized care and assistance to patients; obtains and/or verifies medical history, medication information, and vital signs; as directed in accordance with nursing standards
• Documents pertinent information in a legible manner; in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
