Academic Support Staff

New Story Schools in Mountville, PA is seeking a qualified Academic and Behavior Support Staff , who will work collaboratively with Special Education teachers and Behavior Analysts to fulfill the individual curriculum and self-care needs of the students, while implementing behavior plans and protocols. Staff will support students in Autistic Support and Emotional Support classrooms Grades K-12. Position is full time M-F 8:15am-3:15pm, and includes paid holidays, school breaks (including summer breaks), and a comprehensive benefits package.
Assist with the implementation of the students Individualized Education (IEP)
Assist students within the classroom/program setting during participation in special subjects such as Physical Education, Vocational programs, and Field trips.
Observe/Record data related to behavioral concerns to assess/monitor the progress of the student
