Austill's Educational Services, the leading provider of school-based related services in southeastern PA, is seeking a speech-language pathologist to work with school-age students for 5 days a week (M-F) in New Hope, PA.
Austill's has been offering therapy services for more than 40 yearsTo enhance students' lives through high-quality educational therapy services.We help them create a caseload and schedule that suits them. Our experienced Educational Therapy Managers and Peer Mentor Program provide guidance and clinical support. We embrace innovation and research in each clinical specialization AND the educational arena to empower therapists to work effectively with teachers and parents. We also foster close relationships with regional universities and community groups.
Access to healthcare and accounting resources
Flexible scheduling-treat during day school hours Monday-Friday
Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist
Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12
Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.
Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions, including updated goals and treatment strategies.
Some travel may be required throughout the school day
Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology Program
Preferred candidates have experience working with children in the school setting.
