In this role, the Senior Analog Design Engineer will be instrumental in driving the development of high-power and precision automated testing equipment. Focus:

  • Architect and design new high-power and precision ATE instrumentation, addressing key technical challenges in the field.
  • Engage in the full spectrum of the design process, from concept to production and customer implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create scalable solutions and advocate for necessary technology investments.
  • Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance product performance and reliability.
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative calibration schemes to ensure the accuracy and precision of instruments.
  • Guide and mentor engineering teams through efficient design methodologies and problem resolution.
  • Manage complex, multi-disciplinary challenges, breaking them down into actionable steps.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders about technical risks and project contingencies.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware design, with a focus on analog and power instrumentation.
  • Strong foundation in analog circuits, control theory, ASICs, mixed-signal simulation, DSP, and logic design.
  • A track record of innovative problem-solving and eagerness for continuous learning and technical growth.
  • Leadership skills to guide teams through complex problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate between detailed engineering tasks and overarching project goals.
  • Flexibility for a hybrid working model.
