Trauma Level: Critical Access, ASRH designation by State of North Dakota and Level 4 trauma certification Number of Beds/Trauma Bays: 14 regular beds, 2 large trauma bays Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Pediatrics through geriatrics, Emergency Dept presentations Nurse Aids/EMT/Paramedics/Patient Sitters: 1 CNA Tele/Monitor Techs: RNs required to read their own stripsAdditional Details
Charge Nurse may take assignments 1 CNA functions as ward clerk and CNA RNs must be proficient with tele monitoring Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:3-5 depending on assignment RNs may be asked to assist on MSP and ICU Traits for success: Motivated, self-starter, committed to excellence, strong commitment to patient satisfaction Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions-
