Registered Nurse RN - Telemetry - Weekend Program

Sign-on bonus: Telemetry
* Weekends - Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm - 7:30am
* Hospital: 00 per hour differential paid for this weekend position*

* Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
* Implement and monitor patient care plans.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
