We are looking for an experienced Commissary Kitchen Manager. This is an opportunity to join a company with a people-focused culture and known for quality food and service in the Hampton Roads area. Candidates with strong hotel banquet backgrounds, grocery or retail operations will be a match.

Commissary Kitchen Manager Requirements:

3+ years as a Production Chef in a similar role, hotels, catering company, or retail/grocery
Strong organizational skills, you will be managing several events throughout any given week
Ability to forecast product needs and develop prep lists for the staff on a daily and weekly basis
Experience managing a team of 10+ employees, training and counseling as necessary
Expert in packing food for transport while maintaining quality and meeting all food safety guidelines

Commissary Kitchen Manager Benefits:

Salary in the 42-48K range
20% bonus potential
Healthcare benefits and signing bonus after 60 days
