Allow the influx of 3d party capital into individual Real Estate properties. Separating the living right from the appreciation of the property. Will build a Real Estate Stock Exchange. This will allow people to buy/sell fractional owner interest in individual Real Estate properties.

This will Expand the pool of people who can own a home because you will be able to own a fraction of it. The others will benefit as well from the investment.

  1. The process of buying/selling your home and moving is inefficient. Most can’t afford to own 2 homes at the same time. Coordinating finding a buyer for your home and finding your home can be challenging. This separates it out.
    1. In stock x you can have derivatives. You can sell an option for your house and buy your next house with some of that money.
