ICU nurses work quickly, efficiently, independently, and meticulously. In order to treat the most critical patients in the most thorough manner, critical care nurses use their specialized skills and extensive knowledge of disease pathology to provide interventions that sustain life.
About this unit:
ICU RNs at RMC have been described as the "Navy Seals of Nursing"... the "Top Elite" You will be able to care for ECMO, TAVR, Impella, CABGs, Complex Trauma patients
Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
