Job Specifics:* We are looking for a full-time nurse to do *1:1 staffing, in-home care*, for a case located near the *Bluffton, SC* area. Dayshift hours are *Monday-Friday, from 3p-10p *for a total of *35 hours/week*. At OneWell, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home nursing care tailored to each individual's needs. This position is for an in-home care nurse, with a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio.*

_*Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician's instructions
* Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
* Check for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate care
* Educate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniques
* Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient's healthcare plan
* Provide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-being
_*Understanding of nursing principles and practices
* Valid In-State Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (*Required*)
* Bilingual *(Preferred)*
