Northrop Grumman Space Systems has an opening for a DevStar Software and Technical Integration Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and supporting the Sentinel program.
As the DevStar SW and Integration Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30-50 systems engineers, software engineers, and project managers across multiple domains and disciplines. The selected candidate will provide technical project leadership to drive Weapon System software build promotion, deployment, and integration across multiple sub-teams. The candidate will be expected to lead the planning, execution, architecture and configuration management of Weapon System Software. The selected candidate will create a culture of well-being, inclusion and engagement that attracts, retains and enables a high performing workforce.
Manage, track, and automate Sentinel Weapon System SW build promotions and deployment to the Weapon System lab.
Manage and track Sentinel Weapon System SW configuration management, SW interfaces, and Digital IDDs.
Manage the Weapon System simulation and emulation capability to support early integration.

8 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's degree; 4 years with a PhD.
~ Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years.
~ US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)
~3+ years of prior experience in leading systems or software engineering teams.
~ Effectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers, and external customers.
Bachelors in STEM discipline
Previous access to SAP.
Earned Value Management Experience.
Strong ability to communicate unique problems and recommend potential process/business solutions in an Agile environment.
Successful track record of program performance, interpersonal team building skills, and management experience.
Excellent technical writing skills, and team building skills.
Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication and collaboration, team engagement, and organizational skills.
