Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU care to join our team in Richmond, VA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on patient health within a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and maintaining overall health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Active RN license in the state of Delaware or a compact license.
- Minimum 1 year critical illness/LTAC, Med Surg Tele, or ICU experience required .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
