We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-time, to join our team in our 120-bed skilled nursing community, ranked one of the top 25 places to work in Seattle and listed as one of the best senior living communities in the US by the US News & World Report. Nestled along the Fremont Cut canal in Seattle, Queen Anne Healthcare specializes in trauma-informed care and behavioral health & has a special contract with the local trauma center, Harborview Medical Center. mentorship and training available. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Avamere Rehab, you will join a team with a culture and mission to enhance the life of every person we serve.

Implements and executes an established patient treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements
Provides timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, reimbursement requirements
Supports and participates in department operations and development
Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum
In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
Full knowledge of resident’s rights
Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
