Resumen del puesto:

Se trata de un puesto de maquinista CNC. Será responsable de operar un CNC Mazak Integrex de 5 ejes: Configurar y operar una variedad de máquinas herramientas para producir piezas de precisión e instrumentos. Incluye fabricantes de instrumentos de precisión que fabrican, modifican o reparan instrumentos mecánicos. También puede fabricar y modificar piezas para fabricar o reparar máquinas herramienta o mantener máquinas industriales, aplicando conocimientos de mecánica, matemáticas, propiedades de los metales, diseño y procedimientos de mecanizado.

El horario será en turnos de 12 horas, de 4 de la mañana a 4 de la tarde de jueves a domingo una semana, y de viernes a domingo la siguiente. La posición es elegible para una prima de turno del 10%,

Responsabilidades:

Fabricar piezas según las especificaciones y normas requeridas utilizando la máquina Mazak Integrex (máquina CNC de 5 ejes).

Desarrollar, diseñar y rectificar instrumentos de herramientas especiales y accesorios requeridos para productos no estándar y experimentales.

Desarrollar los procesos de mecanizado para garantizar que el producto se fabrica de forma eficiente ayudando a los operarios con el desbarbado, la configuración de calibres y la inspección del primer artículo.

Mostrar un comportamiento que contribuya a crear un entorno que fomente el trabajo en equipo, la toma de decisiones, la resolución de problemas y la mejora continua.

Observar hábitos, normas y prácticas de trabajo seguros, incluido el uso correcto de los dispositivos y equipos de seguridad; mantener un lugar de trabajo limpio y ordenado, incluido el mantenimiento preventivo de las máquinas.

Responsable de la calidad del trabajo realizado; trabajo eficiente y según las especificaciones requeridas con una supervisión mínima.

Debe tener flexibilidad en las horas de trabajo (turno).

Requisitos:

Más de 5 años de experiencia en el manejo de máquinas CNC de 5 ejes, fresadoras/taladradoras CNC o tornos y fresadoras CNC.

Debe poseer experiencia previa en formación de calibres, tolerancias geométricas y lectura de planos.

Debe ser capaz de realizar todos los requisitos físicos del puesto. Se proporcionarán dispositivos/ayudas para levantar objetos pesados.

Debe ser capaz de operar y maniobrar alrededor de la maquinaria de forma segura para protegerse a sí mismo y a sus compañeros de trabajo.

Experiencia/habilidades preferidas:

Diploma de secundaria o GED.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación/interpersonales.

Gran automotivación, ganas de aprender y ética de trabajo.

Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia en el montaje de maquinaria.
