~ CHARGE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Job Requirements
Must have current BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
Must have 2+ Years of Hospital/Specialty experience
Experience with care for infants requiring CPAP or Ventilation
Experience with Central Lines
Stabilization experience/attending deliveries
Developmental care experience
Schedule Information
Shift Details: Weekend – Every other
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Scheduling requirements: 3 – 12 hour shifts
Unit Specific Information
~ Number of Beds: 6
~ Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED): 3:1
~ Unit staffing description: Will staff with a minimum of 2 NICU RN's per shift
~ Will have 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage
~24/7 in-house OB hospitalist and anesthesiologist
~ Floating policy: As needed, to nursery
~ Floating Guidelines: Possibility to float to Newborn Nursery
~ Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed.
