Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring part-time Certified Medication Aides (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs. All of our clients live within our gated retirement community, which means no travel once you are on campus Compensation: Up to $25.00/hour including shift differentials, based on experience $5,000 Sign on Bonus for part-time positions What we offer: Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age Onsite CVS Pharmacy, with discounts, for easy access to life’s necessities 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted prices Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones An onsite physicians group dedicated to only serving Erickson Senior Living residents What you will need: Current license for Medication Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing Current license for Nurse Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing Current First Aide & CPR Certification required New Grads Welcome to Apply Help people live better lives by: Administration of medication to residents Assisting residents in activities of daily living Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging Providing assistance with resident activities and programs Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Greenspring is a beautiful 58-acre continuing care retirement community in Springfield, Virginia.
