Responsibilities

Location: Lombard, Illinois

Duly Health and Care is the largest independent, multi-specialty physician-directed medical group in the Midwest with more than 900 primary care and specialty care physicians and more than 6,000 team members, in over 150 locations. We support nearly 2.5 million individuals in their personal health journeys each year.
~50% general otolaryngology and 50% otology opportunity in Glen Ellyn and Lombard.
~ Average 2 days/week in Lombard and 1 day/week in Glen Ellyn but schedule is flexible
~70 % adult and 30 % pediatric patient base
~ Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
~ Team includes 15 otolaryngologists and 4 physician assistants but continues to grow
~ Full audiology support with the ability to do cochlear implants
~ Walk into an established practice with a LARGE patient base and be busy from day one
~ Call is 1:15
~ Call will be at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital
~2 year track to partnership/shareholder
~ EPIC EMR
~ Benefit from a large primary care referral base

Qualifications
United States Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must be very collegial and friendly with excellent communication skills
Ability to provide high quality patient care
Team oriented, positive, and patient centered
