The successful candidate will safely and efficiently transport material to and from locations year-round in the North region of the United States and Saskatchewan, a bordering Canadian Province.
Daily unloading of dry product
Enforce safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors
Assist with other duties within the facility (general maintenance, landscape upkeep and painting)
Interact with customers, railroad crews, other Team Members and visitors
Valid Class A CDL Driver's License
A minimum of 2 years of CDL-A tractor/trailer and doubles experience
Valid Passport or ability to attain a Passport
Experience and willingness to drive in the snow and ice
Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and policies
Ability to safely deliver product directly from customer facility
Ability and interested in being cross trained on all functions at facility
Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment
Read, write, and understand English
Computer skills (light data entry)
Ability to work outside in ALL weather conditions (snow, rain, sub-freezing temps)
Physically able to climb up and down rail cars/ladders safely
In good physical condition (able to walk one (1) to two (2) miles per shift)
