TDI provides STRUCTURAL SERVICES for a wide range of local and national clients.


From small additions to grand-scale construction, we offer superior service for every design we produce. Office Buildings, Retails Centers, Multi-family Homes, Hotels, Industrial Facilities, Assisted Living, Storage Facilities, Restaurant and Residential. Our creative team of engineers utilizes the latest engineering and CAD technologies to design and produce the highest quality construction documents. We are experienced with the design and implementation of less conventional materials and are willing to evaluate alternative products when they help meet project goals. Our extensive design experience includes areas of high seismic and wind speeds, tornado shelters, progressive collapse gravity design, and military and petro-chemical blast design. Our attention to detail and close coordination with the Architect and other members of the design team consistently aid in the production of economical designs that keep projects on time and within budget.

Become thoroughly familiar with drafting and checking procedures and applicable client and project drafting standards.
Work on wood, concrete, steel, light gauge, masonry, ICF and tilt-wall commercial and residential construction projects.
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines as required.
At times, overtime may be required (and paid @ 1.Familiarity with wood, concrete, steel, light gauge, masonry, ICF and tilt-wall commercial and residential construction.
Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks successfully.
Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus, but not required).
Ability to set up preliminary structural construction documents from templates given only the Architectural backgrounds
