Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
~ Provide consultation-liaison psychiatric services to a broad variety of patients at St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC)
~ Coverage includes emergency department, intensive care unit, medical-psychiatric unit, and neurorehabilitation patients.
~ SJHMC is home to the Barrow Neurological Institute, an internationally recognized center for neurosurgery and neurology, providing extensive opportunity for care of patients with complex neuropsychiatric illness.
~5 days/week coverage with rounding one weekend per month (weekdays exchanged for weekend coverage)
~ Academic appointment at the Creighton University School of Medicine commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS:
MD/DO License
BC/BE in Psychiatry (ideally with additional certification/eligibility in consultation-liaison psychiatry, brain injury medicine, or neuropsychiatry)
Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
A passion for providing clinically excellent care
Must have or be eligible for Arizona state medical licensure
