Southeastern Alabama – Outpatient Neurology

  • A 420 bed regional referral and Level II trauma center in southeastern Alabama is seeking a BC/BE general Neurologist to join their staff as a hospital employed physician.
  • Their Neurologist will treat outpatients in a hospital-based, NeuroSciences outpatient clinic that is conveniently located on the hospital campus.
  • Neurotesting is available in the clinic.
  • Ideal candidate will possess sub certification in EMG/NCV or completion of Neurology residency with 6 months dedicated to training in EMG/NCV.

Practice Highlights:

  • Outpatient responsibilities only within one clinic 
  • No call or holiday coverage required 
  • Work collaboratively with Southeast Health Neurosurgeons, Interventional Neuroradiologists, Radiation Oncologists, and PM&R Specialists to provide a multidisciplinary and coordinated approach to comprehensive patient care 
  • Neuromuscular Rehab & Balance Center is available 
  • Interventional Neuroradiology offered to treat a variety of neurological conditions 
  • Neurointerventionalist and neurohospitalist practice with neurosciences team
