This license is required by the state of MA in order to staff for temporary needs. TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY MS UNIT AS NEEDED
BERKSHIRE HEALTH SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload.
COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.2 years current PCU/Stepdown experience
Traveler MUST be willing to float to any MS Unit as needed

License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile, including Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form
