The candidate should be capable of handling tickets independently without the need for assistance or hand-holding.

Manage and maintain backup and restore operations using Veeam Backup.
Provide expert-level support for Windows, Linux, and ESX operating systems.
Develop and implement backup and restore strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of backup processes to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for backup failures and performance issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for data protection.

*Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and ESX operating systems.
