Monument Health in Spearfish, SD has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a strong interest in Geriatric Medicine to join their well established Geriatrics / Palliative Care team. Our providers see patients in a variety of settings including nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, clinic consults and home based patients throughout the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota.
This opportunity does not qualify for J1 Visa Waivers.
