We are seeking qualified sales professionals for our Benton Harbor location who value safety and teamwork. Advisors will be responsible for recommending and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for fleet customers. Hours requirements are 8a-5p M-F, with willingness to work overtime as needed. Answer telephones using Best-One phone shop standards
• Operate the company's flat-rate computer system
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and returns, and security practices
• Open and close cash registers, including counting money, balancing drawers, and making deposits
• Generate computer invoices
• Inventory materials and supplies
• Assist in maintaining grounds/store/customer area cleanliness

• Lifting commercial truck tires or parts (40-80 lbs)

• PPE : Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety Glasses, gloves, footwear)
High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
1-2 years' experience in commercial tire/repair industry preferred
Ongoing training is required per company's standards
