This position is an in office role that will transition to Hybrid after 60 days with the company. We are looking for a Product Owner to direct product development and ensure high delivery of value to customers and the business. You will implement customer feedback into features and drive the product development process from start to finish. We are looking for a Product Owner to direct product development and ensure high delivery of value to customers and the business. You will implement customer feedback into features and drive the product development process from start to finish. You're a visionary Product Owner who thrives on the challenge of transforming customer needs into innovative digital marketing solutions. You excel at prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and expertly balancing technical constraints with user experience.
You're a natural collaborator who bridges the gap between design, development, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products. Your data-driven approach ensures that every feature aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable impact.
You possess in-depth domain knowledge of digital marketing or similar SaaS environments. Your leadership skills empower your team to achieve ambitious targets.
Define and prioritize the features and functionality of our core marketing product.
Represent the voice of the customer and stakeholders, ensuring that the development team builds the right product.
Work with senior executive management and stakeholders such as customers, users, and internal teams to capture and define features and functions to enhance our digital marketing product and build a roadmap that supports the evolution of the product.
Work closely with the development team, participating in sprint planning, reviewing work in progress, and ensuring that the team understands and delivers on the product vision.
The Product owner should have a comprehensive understanding of all data sources that support their product.
Communicate clearly and timely on all critical ProdOps issues and updates on their projects.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Organize and conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on the product.
Make decisions based on data and analytics, using metrics to measure project success.
Partner with design to create mocks and prototypes to bring the roadmap to life, aid in usability testing, engineering costing, etc.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Experience building roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and working closely with software development teams.
Familiarity with the Agile framework.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a track record of bringing Agile software products to market.
3+ years' experience within a digital marketing / advertising company.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
