The Hartford HealthCare Heart and Vascular Institute at Hartford Hospital is looking for an experienced nurse to join our Non-Invasive Cardiology team. The Non-Invasive Cardiology Department is composed of the Echocardiology Laboratory and the Nuclear Stress Laboratory. Our nurses work in collaboration with echocardiology sonographers, nuclear technologists, cardiologists, cardiology fellows, and anesthesiologists to provide strong nursing support for all non-invasive testing. Our nurses play a vital role within these departments by utilizing their nursing knowledge, independence and autonomy. This position offers three rotating fulltime shifts between 7am-5pm, no call, rotating weekends, and only one holiday a year within a strong, supportive and stimulating environment.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN required).
• Strong cardiology background preferred.
