Internal Audits: Act as an ISO9001/AS9100 internal auditor/lead auditor, creating and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and Work Instruction Forms (WIFs). KPI Monitoring: Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization. Complete 8D Corrective Action Reports (CARs) both internally and externally. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to address defect trends, formulate permanent corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness. Data Analysis: Utilize strong data and analytical skills to lead project-related tasks and report progress using tools such as Gantt charts (Excel), PowerPoint, and Mini-tab.
