Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm is seeking a part-time Chauffeur/Rear Door Person to join our dynamic team in The Laurel Rittenhouse. The shift is 3:00PM-11:30PM, two consecutive weekend days per week.
The successful candidate meets and greets residents and provides guidance and assistance to meet the needs of residents, tenants, and guests.
Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance as outlined by Association and company policy.
Greet and open the doors for residents and guests.
Chauffeur residents in Association Town Car as required.
Communicate regularly with concierge with regards to important resident information.
Provide directions for parks, restaurants, airports, etc.
Proactively assist with packages and groceries.
Assist with dog walking for residents, as needed.
Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or management.
Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.
Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.
This position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and with proper lighting, to an outdoors setting with variable climate and lighting.
Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
Must be able to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment which may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties.
Valid drivers’ license and satisfactory driving record required.
