All ED Technicians, ED Unit Secretaries, and ED Patient Partners are eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus   for New Hires Pro-rated bonus for part-time employees.

Highlights include a state-of-the-art patient triage and tracking system, a streamlined admission process that helps us get the sickest patients to a hospital bed sooner, rapid assessment protocol to help prioritize our work, a BIDMC tele-stroke program, and an integrated Psychiatric Emergency Services at Cambridge Hospital. 
Duties and responsibilities for the ED Technician include but are not limited to, the ability to work in a fast-paced Emergency Department , answer phones, perform order entry, phlebotomy (required to perform), point of care testing, working under the direction of a registered Nurse. Must adhere to and administer treatment according to Cambridge Health Alliance's policies and procedures. 
Certificate of completion of a certified nursing assistant program in Massachusetts, or medical assistant diploma. Will also consider a nursing student who has completed a clinical rotation and or EMT certification. Emergency Room Experience required. 
One year Phlebotomy preferred.
