RN Charge Nurse in our Emergency Department at Providence Mission Hospital in Laguna Beach, CA. Positions available are Full-Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts.
Under the direction of the nurse manager, Director, or Executive Director, the Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor provides an optimal environment and assists in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost-effective service. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
