Experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong background in Step-Down nursing. Proficient in providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to a lower acuity setting. Seeking a challenging position in a Step-Down unit to leverage my skills and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
_*12hr Nights (7p - 7:30a)*_
_*1 year of Nursing experience required*_
_*Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Step-Down unit, focusing on those transitioning from critical care.
* Administer medications, titrate drips, and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
* Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
_*Step-Down or ICU nursing expertise Preferred
* Continuous monitoring and assessment
* Collaboration with healthcare teams
