Shift Details: Weekdays, 100% Geriatrics in the outpatient clinic and SNF setting


Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Geriatric trained physician for a 100% Geriatric patient population, performing Geriatric consults in the outpatient clinic and SNF settings.
Outpatient Clinic and SNF
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
