Description: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities AvailableShift: 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm), every other weekend required.RN: $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.LPN: $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.Weekday Shift Differential: +$2.00 per hour.Weekend Shift Differential: +$3.00 per hour.Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 for full-time positions.

Job Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Care: Provide high-quality care to residents in compliance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and other nursing staff in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Long-term care experience preferred
Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
