Job Summary Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Mass Tort, Product & Consumer Litigation practice group, working from its Washington, DC office. Job Description Qualifications Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of complex litigation experience in a law firm or government . Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation, class actions and product liability cases are strongly preferred. Experience drafting complex motions, leading teams, and managing cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising junior associates and leading the discovery process, is also preferred. Applicants with judicial clerkship or government experience are strongly encouraged to apply. All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the D.C.
