The Team Coordinator role is a critical position in the General Counsel Team, providing comprehensive support across five teams - legal, audit, risk and assurance, ethics, business conduct and data - working closely with the Heads of each of the individual teams to ensure that a variety of tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide general administrative support as is required, including managing team schedules and communications .
Arrange and manage team meetings, preparing meeting materials.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of projects and initiatives.

You have strong relevant administrative and team support experience, from a corporate professional services or legal environment (relevant work experience in a legal, audit, company secretary or risk environment would be well regarded). Your excellent organizational and communication skills enable you to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, and you are highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
You’re proactive, self-motivated and flexible, with the confidence to engage with and build strong relationships with team members and other colleagues and executives across the business.
