Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We Offer Daily Pay

$7,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time and $6,000 Sign on Bonus for Part time paid out after 3/6/9/11 Months of employment

Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to our residents and patients. In this CNA role, you will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

This position provides several benefits including: overtime opportunities, paid in-service training,incentive bonuses, and employee recognition programs.

Pay and Compensation: You will earn a Competitive hourly rate between $18 and $22, with $1.00/hour shift diffs for 3p-11p shift or $0.75/hour for 11p-7a shift.

5X Holiday Pay
5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
Tuition reimbursement through ECPI

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Current Nursing Assistant certification from state
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
With the flexible hours that we are offering, this Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position can be full-time or part-time. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.
