Senior Automation/Performance Tester

We are seeking a skilled Senior Automation/Performance Tester/Lead on our W2 who and will be required to travel to Huntsville two or three times a month for a long-term assignment.


The Test Automation Lead will be responsible for implementing automation frameworks, mentoring the testing team, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable software solutions.
Identification of test tools and applications necessary for automation and performance testing Implementation of said test tools in collaboration with infrastructure teams Mentor testing team Report testing metrics and remediation plans Identify and report on gaps, risks, and issues.


Have the ability to develop and implement automation testing strategies and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Have the ability to evaluate and collaborate with technical teams to assess appropriate automation tools and technologies based on project requirements and objectives and to implement those effectively.
Have the ability to conduct performance, stress, and load testing to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
Have the ability to collaborate with the testing team in performance testing concepts and methodologies, providing guidance on test design and execution.
Have the ability to support the testing team to develop automation scripts and executed testing.
Possess a solid understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) and cloud infrastructure concepts, with the ability to leverage Azure for testing purposes.
Proficiency in ADO (Azure DevOps) and CI/CD concepts. Responsible for testing various programs and systems for compliance with non-functional requirements.
Use of various automation test tools to automate manual test cases;
Specifying overall approach to creating test data, and conditions for test scenarios;
Preparing testing schedules and documents expected results;
Ability to develop test scripts and utilize appropriate testing tools; Ability to prepare schedules, documentation and test data to simulate conditions.

Experience in training the testing teams to improve the team's automation testing capabilities.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the testing field;
Experience with use of performance test tools and automation test tools;
Acquires and applies skills and knowledge through training and/or documentation.
Accepts changes in the Customer environment, organizational structure, direction or priorities.
Interpret requirement documents and update test documents accordingly.






A minimum six (6) years of coding and/or performance/automation testing experience and 2 years as a lead.
Required to travel to Huntsville 2 - 3 times per month. Some of this travel may be an overnight stay and would be the applicant's responsibility.
Experience in training the testing teams to improve the team's automation testing capabilities.
