The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food ingredients prior to cooking. You will ensure our cooks have all components ready for final meal assembly.

Position Information: Part-Time position, 16.00 hourly rate.

Wash, peel, cut and properly store fruits, vegetables and other ingredients
Portion and stock ingredients for daily production
Label, date and rotate all food products properly
Comply with all food safety standards and regulations
Prior experience as a Prep Cook, Kitchen Porter or similar role
Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation methods
Excellent sense of smell and taste to inspect food quality
Current Food Handler's certificate
Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
