Work every other weekend and every other holiday weekend sick calls are to be made up the following weekend
Requirements:
~ IL License
~2 years' experience
~ Epic experience a must
~ Stroke experience
~ Neuro step down experience
~ Trach-Vent experience
~ BLS
~ ACLS
~ NIHSS
Other Details:

Neuro stroke step down unit ratio 1:3, 1L4; tele patient ratio 1:5
