* SMARD1 (Spinal Muscular Atrophy with Respiratory Distress)
* His family is looking for skilled nurses to take care of him in his Cambridge home (LPN/RN – experience with patients like him is what matters most). He receives additional breathing support with a cough assist machine and gets regular nebulizer treatments to keep him in tip-top respiratory health. Lex is in really good shape because his family and caregivers all work hard and proactively as a team to keep him in his best health. Lex and his family live in East Cambridge but have a guest parking pass and can also put your license on a long-term home care parking pass, so parking isn’t a big deal. NortheastArc-Clinical Services* is a nonprofit Medicaid/Medicare-certified home healthcare agency founded in *2003*. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.
