A growing specialty healthcare network in the Tristate Area is actively seeking an experienced professional to join their organization as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Responsibilities:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will:
  • Develop and execute the organization's strategic vision, mission, and goals
  • Provide leadership in identifying growth opportunities and expanding services
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; ensure the organization operates within budgetary guidelines and meets financial targets
  • Direct and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and quality of care
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, insurers, and regulatory agencies
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance healthcare delivery and efficiency
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Healthcare Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong background in Leadership and/or Management roles
  • Proficiency in Financial Management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management.
  • Thorough understanding of Healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Networking Abilities: Strong networking abilities with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired Skills:
  • Master's Degree (e.g., MBA, MHA)
  • Leadership experience within a MSO.
  • Previous experience taking an MSO to the market
