The hospital also offers world-class orthopedics, minimally invasive robotic surgery, life-saving emergency care, stroke treatment, labor delivery, and so much more.
UF Health Leesburg Hospital has an amazing Medical Neurology and Oncology Floor and we are looking for skilled and compassionate Medical and Oncology Nurses. As the manager of the floor, I lead with a servant leadership approach. I lead by example and you will often find me on the floor, encouraging and building up the team with a positive word. I may even sing if it calls for it, because I want our unit to be one filled with positivity and happiness. We strive to create a floor where transparency and safety are at the forefront of our patient center care approach, while building a team who is engaged and involved. Under the direction of the director, the RN Charge Nurse utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care, performs other duties as assigned. This a Full Time, Day Shift position eligible for a sign-on bonus.
