As an Intake Nurse with Ohioans Home Health & Hospice, your role is to create a foundation for successful patient outcomes by utilizing your strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient communication skills. Successful candidates should have exceptional phone etiquette, the ability to multitask, and possess a positive team work mentality.

Stability: This is a full-time, in office position.
Autonomy: Use your knowledge, skills and abilities to essentially direct the day of nursing staff and maintain the detailed daily patient care schedule.

This position is an in-office position located at our corporate office in Perrysburg, OH
Ability to deal tactfully with customers and the community
Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations, CHAP standards, and private payer practices
Strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task.
This position requires to be on the phone a majority of the day therefore excellent phone etiquette is a must.
