* Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
* Implement and monitor patient care plans.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
Bachelor Degree in the field of nursing.
* Leader presence, multitasking, ability to handle both administrative and clinical duties, teamwork, attention to detail, integrity, dependability, communication, adaptability, compassion, empathy, initiative, self-motivation, organization, customer service, efficiency, professionalism
* Phone etiquette, bilingual preferred not required,
