Job Posting Summary Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Emergency Department at Baptist Emergency Room Oakleaf. This is a full time night 7:00 PM-7:00 AM shift opportunity. As a Registered Nurse you will be Responsible for: * Provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition * Embrace and uphold the hospital mission statement * Educate patients and families to their disease process and plan of care * Interact with physicians and other departments within the hospital * Coordinate care provided by ancillary services * Act as the patient advocate * Participate in staff meetings and other unit activities This Registered Nurse will be located at our Freestanding ED Baptist Oakleaf. If you are interested in this Full-time night shift opportunity, please apply today Full/Part Time Full-Time Shift Details Nights Education Required Associate's Degree - Nursing Education Preferred Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Experience * 1-2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience * Telemetry Experience * Emergency Department Experience Preferred * Hospital Experience Licenses and Certifications * Basic Life Support (BLS) Required * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred * Certified Emergency Registered Nurse (CEN) Preferred * Trauma Nurse Core Course Certification (TNCC) Preferred * NIH Stroke Scale Certification Preferred * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred * Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred * Licensed Registered Nurse Required Location Overview Baptist Health, founded in 1955, is North Florida's most comprehensive health care system and the area's only non-profit, mission-driven, locally governed health care provider.
