Claims Attorney

Our client is actively seeking a Temporary Claims Attorney to join their team for a fully remote one year contract opportunity. If you are a JD and Licensed Attorney with litigation experience interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to claimant inquiries
- Communicate with claimants and counsel in a pleasant and professional manner
- Analyzing claim documents
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
QUALIFICATIONS:
- JD from an accredited US Law School
- Licensed Attorney
- Litigation experience
- Class Action experience, preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and very organized
- Strong customer service skills
- Have a high speed internet access
PAY RATE: $33/hour
