Education, Training, & Experience

* MD or DO degree

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

* Position requires completion of fellowship training and other Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Neurology

* Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Tennessee
