CNC Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to the provided specifications. As a CNC machine operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
 
Shifts Available : 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
 
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to job orders.
Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts.
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy and meet production targets.
Perform routine maintenance tests on CNC machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
 
Previous experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role in manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Effective problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
