Licensed Addiction Counselor - Behavioral Health Services Inpatient
Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303
$68 an hour - Half Time, Days. Boulder Community health is seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor who develops and implements culturally responsive, evidence-based substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program in collaboration with interdisciplinary team on 27-65 and American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) 3.7 Withdrawal Management (WM) unit.

LCSW or LPC
•Mitigate bias and stigma identified in self, staff, patients, families and/or loved ones.
•Develop and implement evidence-based SUD therapy program.
•Mentor and educate staff in SUD assessment, treatment, and recovery.
•Ongoing monitoring to assure program meets statutory, regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements.
•Data-driven incremental improvement.
•Facilitate group therapy and individual therapy sessions.
•Document relevant, succinct notes and treatment plans that reflect patient’s response to treatment.
